An end-to-end learning environment for educators, learners, cohorts, assessments and communication.
An institute does not run at a desk. Attendance is taken while a class is starting, a test series is announced between sessions, and the person who needs to record any of it is standing in a room holding a phone. Most learning platforms are built for the administrator's laptop and treat mobile as a viewing surface, so the work that actually happens in the room gets done on paper and re-entered later — or never.
Mobile-first, and mobile-first for the educator rather than only the learner. One system carries two apps: the educator side runs the institute — today's cohort, attendance, test series, content and announcements, all reachable in the seconds before a class begins — while the learner side carries content, tests, community and progress. Both read the same cohorts, the same content model and the same records, so nothing has to be reconciled between them.
A production system on iOS and Android covering the full loop: cohorts and enrolment, attendance, content delivery, assessments and institute-wide communication. The whole institute — not a reporting view of it — runs from the phone in the room.
